Payment can be made by insurance or self-payment.
Self-payment is a viable choice for clients who are concerned about the release of confidential information to insurance companies.

The initial start of therapy works best if you contact me through email. I can answer any questions you may have. Once you decide to make the first appointment I would be happy to speak with you over the phone. Our phone conversation would last around 15 minutes. A phone conversation is a great way to get a sense if we are a good fit. If you choose to forgo a phone conversation, setting the first appointment through email is a good choice as well.
